The 'Camilleri-Lucini' Flute and Guitar Duo was born out of its members’ common passion for classical and world music.
Since its formation in 2012 , the duo has been
building an ever-growing repertoire comprising original works and
transcriptions. The programming aims at accompanying the audience in an
emotional journey through different times and musical styles, including Eastern
European, Mediterranean, Latin, and Classical.
The duo’s eclectism makes them ideal artists for
various settings ‑ from traditional concerts, gala dinners, fundraising events, charity
raisers or corporate functions. Concert engagements have taken this budding duo
to several Italian cities. In September 2012, an invitation by Tania Bosetti
led to a performance in a music therapy symposium, held
in Salo'.
Camilleri-Lucini are fervently committed to new
repertoire and are currently developing a number of projects with several
international composers.
